AI isn't just changing tools and processes—it's changing leadership.

Artificial intelligence is not just changing tools and processes. It is changing how decisions are prepared, how leadership is legitimized, how teams collaborate, which skills are becoming important, and how employees experience security, responsibility, and their own contributions.

That is why AI is not purely an IT issue. As companies implement technical solutions, leadership, HR, and the organization must simultaneously clarify what AI means for roles, collaboration, mindsets, responsibility, and culture.

You can find more information in my blog post (German):

In this one-day in-house workshop, you—as a leadership team—will develop a shared understanding of the most important leadership and organizational issues related to AI. You will assess which topics are particularly relevant to your organization, discuss specific implications for your leadership context, and prioritize initial areas of action for the ongoing change process.

YOUR BENEFIT:

  • Developing a Shared Understanding of Leadership
You will explore how leadership changes as knowledge, analysis, and decision-making options are increasingly supported by AI. This involves responsibility, judgment, context, meaning, and the question of what role leadership will play in the future within an AI-driven organization.

  • Identify the Impact on Collaboration and Roles
You discuss how AI is changing existing role models, decision-making processes, and collaboration. This helps create a shared understanding of where leaders need guidance and what issues leadership must actively address.

  • Ensuring Quality of Thought and Critical Judgment
AI can help us work faster and open up new perspectives. At the same time, there is a risk
that teams will unconsciously adopt similar patterns of thinking, become less critical, or rely too quickly on AI results for validation. This workshop helps bring these dynamics to light and consciously counteract them.

  • Taking a Realistic Look at Productivity
AI saves time on individual tasks. However, that doesn’t automatically mean that organizations are truly relieved of their workload. Increased speed can also lead to more variations, more coordination, higher output expectations, and additional pressure. In this workshop, you’ll explore how to make good use of the time you’ve gained—for example, for strategy, learning, feedback, coaching, or better collaboration.

  • Identifying future skills for leadership and teams
You identify which skills are becoming more important in your organization: critical thinking, the ability to evaluate, adaptability, resilience, emotional intelligence, ethical awareness, strategic judgment, and the ability to cope with ongoing change.

  • Strengthening Psychological Safety Amid the AI Transformation
Employees often have mixed feelings about AI: curiosity, but also uncertainty, fear of being devalued, job loss, surveillance, mistakes, or a loss of control. The workshop helps managers better understand these reactions and develop strategies to foster openness, participation, and trust.

  • Identify Priority Areas for Action
The workshop will not result in a technical roadmap or a tool evaluation. Instead, you will develop a shared understanding and prioritize the most important organizational areas of focus that you, as a leadership team, want to address further.

TARGETGROUP:

The workshop is targeted at leadership teams, executive management, division and department heads, and HR leaders who want to do more than just implement AI from a technical standpoint—they want to actively shape its impact on leadership, collaboration, competencies, and culture.
The workshop is particularly well-suited for organizations that are already gaining initial experience with AI or are preparing for broader AI adoption and wish to develop a shared understanding of leadership early on.

This workshop is not a technical AI training session, a tool evaluation, data protection consulting, or prompt training.
The focus is on the organizational, cultural, and leadership-related impacts of AI—and on the question of which areas of action you, as a leadership team, want to actively shape.
